Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your item to us for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exhange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must be sent to the following address: Made in Crecora, Greenhills, Crecora, V94 VPR9.

Damages and issues
Please check your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we resolve this for you in a timely manner. Please contact us by email at studio@crecora.com quoting your order number.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings unless they are defective or damaged. Additionally, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless they are defective or damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions about your order by emailing us at studio@crecora.com..
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us immediately by email (studio@crecora.com) so that we can provide assistance. Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if an order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How it works
Each piece is then carefully stitched on a piece of Irish Linen fabric, before being hand-finished and framed. We also offer the option of shipping unframed artworks for you to frame to your own needs.
The finished piece is then carefully packed for shipping and sent to the address stated on the order.
In the event that the photograph you submit is of insufficient quality, we will contact with you to arrange for a replacement image to be sent to us. Additionally, if the image contains too many words, we will discuss ways in which we can customise it to fit the available space.
We will, insofar as is possible, replicate the colour(s) in the note, doodle or drawing. For example, if a note is written in dark blue ink, we will stitch it using a dark blue thread as close to the original colour as we are able to get.
If you are unsure what you would like, simply click on the ‘Arrange Consultation’ button and we will chat through the process and what is possible with you. This includes different sizes and colours of frames and linen fabric.

How long does it take to create the piece?
The hand-digitising and production time is approximately 10 working days. If your requirements are complex, we will advise you of the length of time it will take us to complete your piece. Equally, should you require your piece sooner, please contact us before placing your order as we may be
able to fast-track it for you.
We are based in a rural community and want to support our local post office. Because of this, all packages will be shipped via An Post.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us.
Please note that order processing and delivery may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas.
What if I need my order in a hurry?
If you need your order in a hurry or to be delivered by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to make sure that we can meet your needs.
What if I only want to use a few words from a long letter?
Simply email us a picture of the words you would like us to embroider and we will
create your piece for you. Our email address is studio@crecora.com.
Am I able to select a few words of one part of a note, and then a few words of another part?
Yes. Because we digitise by hand, we are able to move individual words or elements
around to fit your requirements. Equally, we may recommend that we move words contained in a long sentence across two or more lines to ensure that they fit within the available space and are easy to read. We will not do this without your permission.
What happens if you can’t use the photograph I uploaded?
We will contact you to arrange for you to send us an alternative photograph.
Can I talk to you before I place an order?
Yes, we are happy to talk to you via video call. This will enable us to talk through what it is you are looking for, see the original letter, note, doodle or drawing to ensure that it is suitable, and provide you with a specific timeline and/or cost if your piece is more than 15 words in length, one colour, or particularly complicated. We are also happy to chat through bespoke fabric and framing options.
Do I have to sign for my order?
If you have opted for Express (Next Working Day) Delivery, you will need to sign for your package.
What should I do if I haven't received my order, or if I have a problem with my order?
Please allow 1-5 days from order dispatch confirmation to receive an order.

Is my order subject to duty payments and customs?
Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation.
The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges.
Please note that it is the recipient of the goods, not the person who ordered them, who will receive a separate request for payment of these charges from the appropriate authority if they apply.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they will be responsible for any additional charges.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
All goods ship from within the EU. Customers in countries outside the EU will be responsible for any tariffs, duties or additional VAT assessed, along with any associated administration fees.
